2022 Christmas Show: "What Christmas means to me"

The 2022 Christmas show: What Christmas means to me was a smashing hit all thanks to our Teachers, Royal Council students, and of course YOU! This show wasn't just a show off the many talents of our beloved students but was also a charitable event that benefits our scholars.

First and foremost, we should all remember that the show was made possible by the Royal Council, from the planning, program flow, technical execution and hosting. Kudos!

The show started off with video vlogs of our students sharing with us what Christmas means to them, from opening gifts to spending time with family and loved ones but also reminding us that the true meaning of Christmas is spreading the birth of our lord and savior Jesus Christ.

It was then followed by showcasing the many many talents of students in CL from dancing to singing and playing guitar! We were also surprised by a fantastic instrumental number by our Music Teacher Miss Liz and her husband Mr JM Besana. The show continued with a short video about what Christmas is like all around the world. Oman, Ireland, the Philippines!

As this was a fundraising event for CL Scholars, advertisements about merchandise you can buy filled up one segment of the show. Have you bought your tote bags already? They come in 2 versions. How about your Royals shirt?

Capping the event was the premiere of a short film made by the talented students of Senior High and Alumni Ethan and Ivan Emperador. The short film “Dream Casted” is based on the true story of our headmistress Ms. Joy Muleta. Congratulations are in place for the students who wrote the script and those who made their acting debuts here.

Let us not forget the special number from Grade 11 Student Zaby Emperador, and another one from SH Alumni Angel Cundangan. Soulful singers they are.

We hope to see more exciting events next year that will benefit our students and unite one another to serve God and for others who need to know God's word through our actions and words. This event was really such a memorable way to end the year!
