Pedaling to school through the bustling streets of the Philippines. Navigating around obnoxious tricycles and aggressive jeepneys, meeting fellow riders, conquering steep ascents and enjoying the thrills of descents.
Cycling in the Philippines is a challenge, an enjoyable challenge. Celebrating milestones and relishing the freedom of the open road. Cycling in the Philippines, either inhaling the vehicles pollutants, or the fresh crisp air, there is no in-between. Maneuvering amidst the cars and motorcycles is no small feat. Arriving at school, finally, feeling accomplished and independent.
