In this article you will find an exclusive interview of Christian Legacy’s fresh faces; and I don't mean just the students. This year, the teaching staff has two new subject teachers, Ms Clara Garcia and Ms Liza Gregorio.
When I first met Miss Clara, her teaching style was somewhat familiar, easing me into the vibe of her class. I thought she’d be the ‘all work, no play’ type. But I stand corrected, as she is very witty in cracking a few jokes here and there.
Q&A for Miss Clara
Do you like movies and TV dramas? If so, would you say your life is an action, adventure, or horror? Comedy, or drama?
“I’m not fond of dramas or movies, but if my life had a genre, I would say it is drama. There are twists and turns, and I experience a lot of things as I continue to grow through life.”
Would you rather be in a RomCom than your previous answer?
“No, because I am not fond of romance.”
If the ship is sinking, who in CL would you save first?
“ If the ship is sinking I would save myself first. Aside from those who I don’t know very well, who can I save if I can’t save myself?”
What is your go-to for fashion? (for comfort, style, etc…)
“My go-to fashion usually is t-shirt, polo shirt, slacks, and rubber shoes as I can move freely and comfortably in those. I think about anything that can happen, will happen, so I like to be prepared.”
What inspired you to become a teacher?
“ My teachers back in elementary and high school inspired me to teach. I really love the way they teach, and it sparked my ambition to follow in their footsteps.”
How did you end up in CL?
“ I had prayed for a sign during the time where I can apply for a job, and afterwards I saw a job hiring post from CL for a teacher position. I applied, and that's what got me here now.”

“My talents, I guess, is sharing knowledge that I have, and teaching. My hobbies include reading books and strolling through new and different places.”

“ What I’m excited about for this Christmas is I will be having more time to spend with my family in the province.”
For our next teacher, we have Miss Liz. With her responses I can tell she’s a great teacher to have. The answers reveal a lot about her.
